Turn around times are usually 3 days for homebuyer reports
and five days for building surveys.
Prices are competitive with homebuyer reports starting
at £150 increasing in value with the size and purchase price of the property. If while visiting the property we find a major
defect which is likely to prevent you from purchasing the property we will phone you from the site, see if you wish us to abandon
the survey and charge you only half the fee. Fees will also be reduced if you instruct a second survey of a different house.
